Maintenance of irrigation systems and water features on every site we manage — controllers, lines and solenoids through to fountains and ponds. System-agnostic, on a layered weekly-to-yearly schedule, and included in every Grolife maintenance contract.
Every irrigation system on a Grolife site sits inside a layered maintenance schedule — running from the fortnightly visit through to a full annual service. Different jobs need different cadences, and the calendar is locked into our job management software so nothing gets missed.

Every fortnightly maintenance visit the crew checks and adjusts the irrigation controls — making sure run times match seasonal demand and moisture levels are reading correctly across every zone.

Once a month the dripper lines are walked and inspected end-to-end, and every solenoid is tested. Blockages, breaks and electrical faults get flagged and fixed before they show up as dead plants.

Twice a year the irrigation lines are flushed clean and every filter on the system is removed, cleaned and reinstalled. Catches the silt and biological build-up that quietly chokes flow rates over time.

Annually the system gets a full service on its pumps and valves — the components that quietly fail and take a whole irrigation system out for weeks. Documented, reported, and ahead of failure rather than after it.

Grolife is system-agnostic — we work with whatever irrigation platform is already installed on your site. Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro, Hydrawise, Galcon, generic timer — it doesn't matter. We're here to operate what you've got at its best, not push you onto a new platform every time the controller blinks.
Where the system supports it, rain sensors and remote monitoring are wired in to reduce unnecessary watering. Rain comes through, the system pauses. Soil moisture's already high, the system pauses. A leak shows up in the flow data, we get the alert and a crew is on site before the dead patch appears.
The result is meaningful water savings — and a system the client actually trusts.
Pauses irrigation when rain is detected — only meaningful rain, not a few drops.
Flow, fault and run-time alerts pushed to the team — fix before failure.
No platform pushing. We maintain whatever you've already invested in.
Decorative water on a site looks beautiful when it's working and embarrassing when it isn't. Our crews maintain both fountains and ornamental ponds as part of the contract — weekly checks for active fountains, regular water-quality work for ponds, and seasonal weed management.

Every active water fountain on a Grolife site receives a weekly pH and water-quality test, with additives applied as needed to keep water clear and balanced. The water is topped up to operating level and filters are cleaned each week to keep flow rates and clarity where they should be.

Ponds get water-quality testing and targeted additives for algae control to keep the water clean and biologically healthy without aggressive chemistry. Every six months any overgrowth of water weeds is manually removed — keeping ponds looking like ponds, not green swamps.
