schedule

Your programmed service is locked into our job management software. Your service crew will arrive on the same day at the same time for every service — no chasing, no surprises.

step 02

pre-start

Site-specific SWMS, toolbox talk and PPE check before any work begins. Logged digitally, signed off on-site.

step 03

service

Your service crew complete the landscape service as per the scope of works — mowing, pruning, trimming and more — to ensure the site is always at its highest presentation.

step 04

report

A detailed report containing items completed, photos, GPS proof of attendance and any horticultural notes is pushed to your inbox via our job management software before the crew leaves site.

step 05

review

You get the report. Anything flagged — pest issues, irrigation faults, plant losses or additional areas of improvement — we follow up with a plan to fix or any applicable quotes.
