fertilisation
& nutrition.

Soil-tested, quarterly-reviewed, 100% organic nutrition programs — powered by the Healthy Earth fertiliser range and applied by ACDC-licensed crews. The engineering behind why a Grolife site looks better at year five than year one.

not bolted on after.

A proper fertilisation and nutrition program isn't an upsell at Grolife — it's the standard scope on every programmed maintenance contract. Soil testing, custom blends, quarterly reviews and seasonal protection are part of what you pay for from day one. We don't charge for the science. We just include it.

how the program works

four steps.
repeated every quarter.

The nutrition program runs as a continuous loop, not a one-off event. Every site is reassessed every three months — and the program is modified to suit how the landscape is actually performing, not how the spec sheet says it should.

step 01

baseline soil testing.

Every new site starts with soil testing by a senior horticulturalist — including core samples for turf and sports fields. We don't guess what the soil needs. We measure it.

step 02

custom nutrition program.

From those results we build a site-specific program — slow-release fertilisers, liquid nutrients, soil conditioners and additives like clay breaker or nitrogen boosters where the soil needs it.

step 03

application by the crew.

Application is rolled into the regular fortnightly maintenance visits by your usual crew — all ACDC-licensed for chemical handling. No extra trips, no extra invoices, no disruption to the site.

step 04

quarterly retest & modify.

Every three months the soil is retested and the program is adjusted — different season, different plant demand, different soil response. The data drives the decision, not last quarter's blend.

Every Grolife nutrition program runs on the Healthy Earth fertiliser range — a 100% organic, Australian-made product line designed for commercial-scale landscape applications.

Organic isn't a sustainability talking point for us — it's an operational decision. Organic inputs build long-term soil biology, reduce the slow degradation of clay-heavy Queensland soils, and pass the audit checks that council, schools and education-sector clients increasingly need to see.

The result is a landscape that gets healthier year on year, not the chemical-burn cycle of cheap synthetic fertilisers. It's slower, more thoughtful, and exactly the kind of long-term thinking we'd want on our own properties.

soil-safe

Builds soil biology over time — never burns out plant roots or microbes.

compliance-ready

Audit-friendly for council, school and education-sector chemical policies.

australian-made

Locally manufactured — short supply chains, supports local jobs.

seasonal protection

two seasons.
two protectant sprays.

Twice a year — heading into winter and again before summer — at-risk plants receive a protective foliage spray as part of the nutrition program. It's a small thing that quietly saves clients tens of thousands of dollars in plant replacement over a contract life.

pre-winter

frost protectant.

Before the first frosts settle in, plants in frost-risk areas receive a protectant foliage spray. The spray creates a thin protective layer that reduces frost damage to leaves and tips — keeping susceptible plants in good condition through the cold months instead of needing replacement come spring.

pre-summer

sunburn protectant.

Before the peak summer sun arrives, plants prone to sunburn and heat stress receive a protectant foliage spray that reduces UV damage to leaves. Particularly important for shade-loving species and recently planted stock that haven't acclimatised to full QLD summer sun yet.

Not a separate visit. Both seasonal protectant sprays are applied during the regular fortnightly maintenance visits closest to each season change — no separate booking, no extra invoice, no disruption.
