Scope of services:
- Lawn Care: Mowing all lawn areas within the property boundary to a height of 35 mm.
- Shrub and Tree Maintenance: Trimming all shrubs and trees within property bounds to maintain shape and ensure clearance around access points, car parks, and walkways.
- Leaf Litter Management: Blowing down all pathways and car park areas to remove leaf litter.
- Hedge Trimming: Hedge and trim all planted hedges within property boundaries and remove trimmings.
- Plant Health Management: Checking and treating any disease, pest, or fungal infections using eco-friendly, non-toxic treatments.
- Debris Removal: Removing all foreign debris and litter from gardens, including dead branches and palm fronds.
- Garden Maintenance: Trimming all gardens to ensure no overhang into parking areas
- Fertilisation: Application of slow-release fertiliser as required to support plant health.
- Soil Treatment: Application of soil treatments to optimise soil health and nutrient levels.
- Lawn Seeding: Application of lawn seed as needed to fill in sparse areas.
- Weed Control: Removal or spraying of all weeds and foreign plants from gardens.
- Tree Branch Pruning: Trimming of branches to a height of 3 meters to maintain clearance and safety.
- Irrigation System Management: Monitoring and managing installed irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution and plant hydration.
