Director

After starting his horticultural journey at the age of 15 growing plants in his parent’s nursery, Cameron went on to study indoor landscape design and maintenance before turning his hand at external landscapes.

Over the last 20 years in the industry, Cameron has developed an extensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of commercial clients.

Cameron’s core knowledge in Landscape design, construction and maintenance through to interior plantscape design and environmental workplace integration places him as an industry leader.

LACHLAN VAN DER HORN

General Manager

Lachlan brings to the Grolife Team over 5 years’ experience in Operations Management.

During this time Lachlan has led large successful teams within Australia and the USA.

With a strong focus on client services, quality and planning, Lachlan is responsible for running the day to day operations of Grolife Landscape Management.

Lachlan’s ability to manage diverse teams and complex projects across different regions has equipped him with valuable insights into best practices and operational efficiency.

DARREN BELL

Operations Manager

Darren brings extensive experience in operations management, ensuring seamless day-to-day processes and top-notch service delivery at Grolife.

With a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to efficiency, Darren oversees project execution, team coordination, and overall client satisfaction.

His expertise encompasses property maintenance, landscaping, and commercial services, playing a vital role in Grolife’s ongoing growth and success.

SAS WOODLAND

Administration Manager

Sas is the Administration Manager at Grolife, bringing over 20 years of experience in people, operations, and administration management.

She works closely with customers and the team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service. Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, Sas excels in managing complex administrative tasks, driving operational success, and enhancing organizational performance.

Sas is dedicated to supporting our talented team and providing exceptional service to our clients, making sure their landscaping projects are delivered with professionalism and care.

It’s a rewarding role that combines her skills with a genuine love for enhancing outdoor environments.

Travis Hinton

Lead Estimator

Travis began his career at the age of 17 with a horticulture traineeship, dedicating 14 years to enhancing urban green spaces.

Over time, he progressed to lead a team responsible for maintaining high-profile areas in the CBD. Following his move to Brisbane to create better opportunities for his family, Travis joined Grolife as a team leader, eventually transitioning into the role of estimator.

In his current position, Travis collaborates with commercial and industrial clients across Brisbane, ensuring their landscapes reflect their best. His passion lies in transforming blank spaces into vibrant, thriving environments. He works closely with property managers throughout Southeast Queensland, helping them realise their vision.

With a client-focused approach, Travis is committed to understanding and exceeding each project’s unique needs and expectations.
